Very cool looking fire, love the way the fire is embracing the burned wood in some areas. Just wished the burned wood with fire was more focused/sharp.

HO yeah! Thats a nice fire shot! Ive noticed it hard to get fire clear! Would have perhaps liked a bit more DOF so you can see the wood nice and sharp. But still great shot, i like the flames licking the wood!

Thanks everyone! I'm noticing a lot about my DOF, i'm sorry but I have to note that my iris in my main lens is seizing, so at this point i'm only able to shoot wide open, or the camera 'ERR: 99' 's and I have to shut down and restart. I just can afford to pay for a fix or a new lens at this time, luckily i'm at least still able to shoot (i prefer wide open most of the time anyways )

I'd suggest cropping a little from top.

Probably better to crop entirely in a way that no top of flames is cut off though...

Nice and cozy....good sensation of depth.
